    What are daemon services?
    Daemon services scheduleare programs that run "behind the scenes" in Red Arrow which trigger certain processes to occur. For example, every 15 minutes the system runs a daemon to import any drug test results from Labs/MRO etc.
    These processes cannot be initiated or triggered by individual users. They are all automated and occur at a system level.

    Test results importing: Every 15 minutes
    Description: Service imports tests sent to systems Mail ID (lab results, MRO results, etc.)
    Test results reporting: Every 15 minutes
    Description: Service reports tests which are to be sent via e-mail, fax, web, data, etc.
    --Manual re-sends: Every 10 minutes
    Random Dissemination: Every 7 minutes
    Description: Service reports random selection report and employee notification letters for pools where pool notifications have been configured.
    Reports: Random selection report, Employee notification letters
    Auto-expire pending random tests: Daily 5:00 a.m. MST
    Description: Expires pending random tests selected in previous selection period for pools where the "Auto excuse pending tests" options has been selected.
    Send notifications for extra tests selected: Weekly (Friday 9 p.m. MST)
    Description: Service sends an updated random selection list which contains replacement names for personnel with expired tests.
    Reports: Random selection report (update)
    Pool notifications reports:
    Warning!: The pool must be set to "schedule test dates" in order for this report to work.
    Description: Service reports user selected reports from the pool notification area.
    Reports: Employee Status Report, Scheduled Testing Status Report, Selection List Update Report
    For Monthly pools: Last day of the month 1:00 a.m. MST
    For Weekly pools: Weekly Sunday 2:00a.m.
    For Quarterly pools: Last day of the first two months for each quarter. For ex. In Quarter 1, the report would send the last day of January, and the last day of February...but not March.
    Notify contact of collection site changes: Daily 4:00 a.m. MST
    Description: Service sends an updated Designated Collection Site report to contact set to receive updates
    Report: Designated Collection Site Report
    EAP Test creator: Daily 8:00a.m. MST
    Description: Creates pending follow up test records for EAP members according to their EAP case schedule.

    Current version of Internet
    Windows 7 or newer operating system.
    Internet
    Explorer (We no longer require running in Compatibility Mode)version 11 or newer.
    Popups must be allowed.

    Adobe Reader
    Pop ups enabled
    DC or newer.
    For document scanning:

    Recommended Configuration
    In addition to the system requirements above, the following settings will ensure that that you have the best experience with Red Arrow Online.
    Step 1: Adjust temporary browser settings.
    Open Internet Explorer and click the gear icon on the top right of the browser window. If you do not see the gear icon then press the Alt. key on the keyboard and while holding the alt key down press the letter T
    Click on the menu item "internet options".
    At the bottom right corner of the window, click on the settings button. The settings button is in the browsing history section and can quickly be found as it is above the Accessibility button.
    Place the black dot next to the option called "Every visit to the webpage" or "every time I visit the page".
    Click on the ok button. (do not close the internet options window)
    Step 2: Add redarrowonline.com to the trusted sites list.
    At the top of the internet options window, click on the Security tab.
    Click on the green check mark icon in the middle of the security settings window that is labeled "Trusted sites".
    Click on the button labeled "Sites".
    At the bottom uncheck the box that says "Require server verification"
    In the text box at the top of the window that says "Add this site to the zone" enter the value *.redarrowonline.com
    Press the add button.
    Click on the close button.
    Step 3: Set trusted sites to low
    Within the Internet options window, click on the security tab.
    At the bottom of the security tab window click on the "Custom Level" button.
    Go to the bottom of the "Security Settings" window and find the "Reset custom settings" dropdown box.
    Choose low from the list.
    Click on the "Reset button"
    Say Yes.
    Click ok.
    Step 4: Disable pop-up blocking. (If not already done)
    Click on the privacy tab.
    Look for the section called pop-up blocker
    Make sure there is no check mark in the box for "turn on pop-up blocker"
    Step 5. Close all open windows, close Internet Explorer and restart Internet Explorer.
    This will ensure you get a browser session with the most recent changes and have the best experience.
